This course is in rough shape but they are working on it. The greens are generally good, and the fairways are not too bad except where the armadillos have attacked lately. The rough and traps are pretty bad. Our local rule is that you can roll the ball everywhere except in a trap, and that makes the course very playable.

It is a nice layout and could be a solid "mid level" course if it was in good shape. Hint for newcomers - you can putt out of many of the traps - but pick your spots carefully!

Just moved to the area and it's close. Price is good but course was in real rough shape from tee to greens. I will say that they looked like they were trying to revitalize greens. Good if you just want to get out w/o a tee time and just hit ball around but not a memorable golf experience. From what I've seen, in the short time I've been here, is that for a few more dollars and miles there are better options.
