Palm Beach National Golf & Country Club stands out from other south Florida golf courses thanks to a stunning landscape blanketed with mature stands of live oaks and laurels, Royal and Queen palms, and cypress trees. The course has a traditional landscape with wide-open fairways and elevated greens. Water hazards come into play on several holes and bunkers lurk beside nearly all of the greens. At Palm Beach National, you'll find not one but two signature holes, the par-3 third and the par-4 finishing hole. The third is the much-talked-about island hole with a green that sits on a bulkhead wall, and a nature preserve and coconut palms surround the scenic 18th. The golf course offers not only a challenging round with interesting holes, it also has a reputation for being one of the best conditioned around.
