Queen's Harbour Yacht and Country Club in north Jacksonville surrounds a freshwater basin that is connected to the Intracoastal Waterway with miles of scenic marshland between. The golf course epitomizes Florida coastal golf with century-old live oaks draped with Spanish moss and towering pine trees throughout. Water is also a prominent feature, it comes into play on all but one hole. Rolling fairways lined with trees and well manicured greens bordered by bunkers, usually along the right side, make the course a challenging test of your skills. The par-4 fourth hole is ranked as the golf course's hardest. This dogleg left is punishing for those not careful with their drives but the elevated green will reward shots that hit on the right tier. The Queen's Harbour layout offers an interesting mix of risk-reward holes including long par 4s and par 5s that are reachable in two, which keeps the golf course accessible to players of all skill levels.

We visited your course last year and was very pleased with it. But the staff was not so friendly when we booked a time to play we were qouted a price and when we got there to play we were told the price was higher and the staff said we were not telling the truth to the price we were qouted. After talking for a while one siad let them play at that the price. But one gentleman was rude and just turned and walked off. Not to good pr for your course. We are thinking to play there again next week.
