I'm an average duffer and played here last week.
The fairways and greens are in fine shape along with being fairly wide,
A pleasant day topped off by a cheers like bar.

Don't waste your money on this one folks, the absolute worst golf couse I have ever played. To start with the driving range is a small pond that is not clearly marked so you you cant see how your ball lands, just a splash, kind of a theme for this course.
the course its self is poorly kept with weeds everywhere, most of the cart path is dirt, the fairway grass(when you can find some) is nothing I have seen before, your club gets stuck in it trying get a divit so your shots are short, yardage markers are way off.
Lets talk about the greens, it is apparent there is no greenskeeper. They all have weeds growing in them, bald spots and they are rounded so the center is the highest point, try keeping your ball on the green now, not. rolls right off, Inconsistant speeds, impossible to gauge your putts.
The sand traps are a joke, the sand they use looks and feels like dirt road dust, brown with the feel of baby powder, no action.
This course is an old man trap, cheap and fast play.
