- After reading review left by Wayne Nordman had to write my own review. I was married to Wayne Nordman for 27 years. To call someone else a liar, a cheat and a thief I was floored. This man had a business he was running locked and closed down by the IRS. The 27 years I was married to him he never paid taxes. Was employed at a large car dealership in Dothan, Al. where he was friends with a man that was arrested for drug trafficking and flight to avoid prosecution. Wayne was arrested for beating me and one of his sons. Have been told of sexual abuse of one of his other children, but can't prove it. He has no business down grading a business or anyone else.I think the review from Wayne Nordman is ironic since he has been a liar and cheater for years. He was sleeping with the thing he’s currently married to while still married to my mom. If you’re going off his review, I’d say this course is probably great!Course was not great but I will not be back due to the trump poster in the pro shop window how can you back a liar a cheat and a thief
The staff has made tremendous improvements to the course in the last year or two. The poor ratings I see on this post are undeserved. Playing this course is like a walk in a beautiful nature preserve, lots of wildlife. There are still some greens that need some work, but this is a very enjoyable course to play.Worse maintained course I have ever played. Words don’t describe how bad this course is. No maintenance. Weeds all over the fairways. On most holes you can’t tell fairways from rough. Sand traps are like concrete but they have weeds growing in them. Greens have very little grass. When I expressed my concerns to the lady at the golf course all she could say is that it was not the worse golf course. We left after 7 of 18 holes. Couldn’t stand the misery any longer. Here is a clue when you pull in the parking lot at 7:30am on a Saturday and their is only one other car in the parking lot LEAVE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.One of the worse golf experiances ive had in many years. For 41 dollars i expected better! Nothing on score card with hole directions! No signs on the tees to show directions of holes! When making turn after a lousy front nine got nothing but backlash from staff for complaint about such problems. This course should be condemend its not worth 4 dollars a round! There much better places in north pinellas to play! Whith my last breath and all My power i will keep condeming this course to many people. And for every 1 person i tell 10 more will know. So before im done thousands will know what a trash establishment it is!They keep trying to piece meal this place together. On Jan 2nd they actually ran out of working carts.We felt sorry for the poor guy at the front desk. Our round was delayed 30 minutes. greens are rough. Some of the tee boxes look like your're hitting from a cow pasture. It's a shame this was once a great course. Still has a wonderful layout but this is definately a $15 golf course nothiing more nothing less. if you golf here knowing what it is you might enjoy the round. Slow play abounds and no one to push it forward. Hoped with new ownership they would bring it back to it's former glory but no such luck. Too many good golf courses in the area to waste your time here.
