Had a special going on for non-members, otherwise it's a private course. Probably a membership-drive. I got the feeling they were really low on cash. The place is is need of a lot of repair. My expectations were high too. They're building a new clubhouse also. It was nowhere near the course condition I expected. Just average or below-average. I thought it would be emaculate. I couldn't tell sometimes where the fairways were.

Service was nice. What you'd expect from a private club. Place has some drainage problems too. The driving was closed b/c of it. First time also experiencing some "member snootyness". They probably weren't happy that they paid for a membership and they were letting the public play at all.
