Course itself is fun to plan with many challenging bunkers. BUT, pace of play was very, very slow every day (5 hours) as the course is packed and they do not invest in marshals. The place is low on staff and carts are not well maintained and broke down all the time. unfortunately it looks like the owners are looking only for short term profit. Unless you are OK playing 5 hour rounds I recommend to look for another course in the area.
