Windermere Country Club

Windermere Country Club is situated along the Butler Chain of Lakes, between Lake Crescent and Lake Roberts. The natural wetland setting is peacefully secluded, yet the club is conveniently located just minutes from all of Orlando's major attractions. The golf course has a traditional layout that opened in 1986 but its bunkers and greens underwent a major renovation in 2010. The now heavily bunkered layout provides a challenge, especially when the bunkers are coupled with the rolling fairways. Thirteen of the holes border lakes and mature pine and oak trees line the fairways. The golf course is a fair test but beginners shouldn't feel too intimidated, the layout is more forgiving than it seems. In addition to the golf course, there is also a practice facility with a driving range and putting green at Windermere Country Club.
