- Do NOT go to Imperial Lakewoods Golf Course. Paid $26 for a course that was so bad the 1st time we played that even the starter said it was "in horrible shape". Stupidly went back, told the cashier I wanted to try & get 18 in (5pm start), she said just pay for 9 & had to be done by 7:30. The cart guy, John knew exactly what she had told me but wouldn't let me keep going. Treated me like I was trying to cheat them out of an extra $11. He just wanted to leave & I'd been fine quitting if he'd stated that. I could see the group in front of me leaving the 1st green too(started me on back 9), I won't be back.
