It all started approximately 3 miles from the course with (what turned out to be the woman in the pro shop) a vehicle riding my ass. Ever think of leaving for work on time?
It seems no matter what tee time you booked you're not going to break into the "regulars" starting times. I was waiting on the first tee in plenty of time watching group after group head out. The starter never approached me. Finally, I asked about my tee time. He said to go off the back with a twosome. I went to hole 10, waited several minutes and then saw a twosome coming down another hole. Hence, "Fuck this" I teed off, as well as being Teed Off.
Course conditions were deplorable. The fairways and greens were patchy etc...Funny, how these conditions mimicked the management.
