The North/South Course is the original layout at Grand Cypress Golf Club. In total, the club features 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature golf that are divided into three nines: the North, South, and East, and the 18-hole New Course, which is a traditional Scottish links golf course. The nines are played in three unique 18-hole combinations that offer something different each time you play. The North/South Course is the most challenging of the three combinations. Sharply ledged fairways and tall, shaggy mounds characterize the layout. The course also features plateau greens that are perched above water or sand, creating a demanding, target-style test. The course features more bunkering than the other two combinations, which are slightly more forgiving but they still provide a fair amount of challenges.
