The Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa

The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa offers a variety of activities including a championship golf course and a 10-court tennis facility, but it's also conveniently close to Miami's beaches and attractions. The golf course winds across a scenic landscape covered with coconut and royal palms as well as stunning 50-year-old banyan trees. Several sparkling blue lakes accent the terrain, coming into play on nearly every hole. The existing landscape was carefully preserved, earning the golf course a designation as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The Diplomat is also known for maintaining excellent conditions from the tees to the greens. Water is the layout's most prominent feature but there are also a few strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is formidable but fair and forgiving enough for less experienced golfers to enjoy.
