- This course has seen consistent improvement since the current owners took over. If you are looking for a flat Florida executive course this is NOT it! This area is more like the western part of the Carolinas with elevation changes. The only water would be casual after a rainstorm but not to worry as it drains quickly. Keep it in the short grass and you will score well.
