Palisades Country Club

The course it's self isn't really all that bad. The fairways are ok and the rough in typical fl fashion is just crab grass. The issues that grow can cause you to want to make a pit stop in so many of the marshland that surrounds you. They only have one restroom on the course and like the greens you find hope they will get better as you drive the course but alas once you have reached heavens closest bathroom only to be kicked out like the devils child due to heavy dead bolts with no key in sight. Once you have played on the surface on the moon watching you ball bounce all over the pits and holes on the putting green you can say you have played this course. There is no point to a score if you can't put over the dunes of south Africa's deserts. :-/. Sad to because the fairways really are pretty nice.

I understand they are are just getting back from being closed. However there was no drinking water throughout the course and all the bathroom were closed. The greens were ok but the back half green were in terrible conditions. Hopefully with time they will be were they once were a great course never the less.

Just front nine was open. The fairways were in very good shape. The greens were not. Serious fire ant issue. Nicely laid out. We had fun.

The course is in the worst conditions. The greens were not mowed, had patchy clumps of grass and mole tunnels on almost every one. I paid for 18 holes and was not informed that the back nine was closed. I left after nine. Compared to the price of other local courses, all of which are in much better shape, it was not worth it. What a shame as this used to be one of the nicest courses in the entire Orlando area.

Greens in poor condition. Only front nine holes available. I've played here multiple times in past but this is the worst it's ever been. I hope they get a greens keeper . I wouldhaveplayed the nine again but it wasn't worth the bother. Seriously discouraged with what has happened.

The course was really nice when it reopened this year but is now awful. It's really barely worth the $10. I have not seen greens as bad as these anywhere... lumps of grass growing all over (although they were cut down to the roots) and ants circling my putter head every time I lined up to put. If you want a cheap practice round instead of hitting a couple of buckets of balls, go for it but leave your putter at home.

For the value, you cannot beat this course. The roughs were really very rough. The greens for this time of year were in good shape but could have been mowed. Fairways were very playable and the ball sat up nicely. There are a variety of elevations which makes play much more challenging than playing on flat fairways. With a little more loving care, this could be one of the best courses in the area.

They are closing this course for renovations. Reopening in November. They are replacing the greens. Thank goodness. These are some of the worst greens I have played in years. I like the layout of the golf course and have always found Palasaides as good value for the money. I am happy to see they are making renovations, preparing for an outstanding future of golf. I look forward to returning after the work is complete.

Decent course but needs some work. Greens are a mess with coarse grass in many of them. I understand they are closing for the summer to renovate - it is a good layout and if the conditions improve it will be a winner.

the course was in good shape. the greens were not as good as you would like, but not bad.. over all a good day on the course.

this would be a nice course if they took better care of it,like playing because its close to home,employees very friendly

The course is long (6000) from the gold, white is 6600. Some interesting holes, most were in good condition. The traps need work to clean them up, greens were better than the last time I played there about 2 months ago.

The coruse is in good condition, a few bare spotson the greens but still very playable.
We played foward of our usual tee (white Tee's) due the the wind. The 6,000 yds. played more like 6,600 and some shots we played 2 club winds, this made for a very intresting round.

Have played this course a number of times. This was the first time in a few months. Very disappointed with the condition of the tee boxes, many with no grass! Fairways poor condition with many bare spots.

Worse course in town no grass on tee boxes greens are eaten up with something huge ruts and holes the hogs have completely destroyed this course and management let's it happen. They closed the course for summer and they don't care about your experience.. The restaurant is not a part of the course so you have to get beer in the pro shop but you can't take it into the restaurant. Absolutely horrible. I will never play here again. Who ever rated this more than one star must be insane. Or grew up on a goat pasture and that's all they know and the food is horrible by the way. Always out of something or there's always a problem with the food or the staff. These people have no clue as how to run a golf AND COUNTRY CLUB hello??????

Allés Nous n'avons pas trouver ce terrain approprié. Il semble que le terrain pourrait être plus fertilisé et que nous pourrions profiter de fairway plus touffu.

Great value. Beautiful views. Excellent staff. Carts and course always clean. Challenging but not overbearing.

Loved the layout,the course was in pretty rough shape, needs a lot of T L C.would recommend the course to friends with the caution of what to expect.

Greens were excellent but slow. Fairways are in pretty rough shape.

Generally the experience was very good. Greens were slower than usual. It fair to note, however, that we played late in the day. Have play here many times. Never really had a bad experience.

I will play this course again and will recommend to others.
