This is a great semi-private course that can be a challenge for the good and average golfer as well. Lots of over water shots, sand and trees to contend with. Course is very well maintained, except the sand traps are sometimes not raked after a heavy rain. Greens and fairways are in good shape. Be aware of the red ants there, both in the rough and on the fairways. If you get stung its no fun and it will take two or three weeks to clear up. No ranger so sometimes it moves a little slow.
